Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her best-known films include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16she already secured a number of TV roles including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. Her fame was due to her role in Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable parts, such as Adolf Hitler's secretary of state Traudl Junge. The Reader is another Oscar nominated movie featuring this actress. Alexandra is associated with numerous notable projects, both nationally and internationally. Some of these comprise British biographical films, the British Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. Also, she was on the jury of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and at Cannes Film Festival.
